If Aeriol Nicols is not performing her 58 point marketing plan as guaranteed. No questions asked. Aeriol will gladly transfert eh listing to another realtor of your choice. Or if you don't wish to continue on the real estate market Cancellation will become effective within within 7 days of notification. Notice may be made in writing by telephone or facsimile - no explanation needed (but appreciated). The commission shall still be payable if a binding contract of sale is entered into, within 90 days after the date of the listing cancellation, between the sellers and a buyer who was introduced to or shown the property by Aeriol Nicols or any other member of the Toronto Real Estate Board during the term of the listing contract.
